Cancellation terms:
For the low season, cancellations are free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
For the months of July and August, cancellations are free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Except for non-refundable rates for which there is no refund.
Credit cards and payments:
Residence Villa Beuca accepts payments with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Checks are NOT accepted.
The balance of the stay will take place at the time of check-in.
Animals:
Pets allowed on request.
Animals are not allowed in all apartments.
Supplement required for each 4-legged friend.
Supplement of Euro 30.00 for stays up to 4 days.
Supplement of Euro 50.00 for stays from 5 days onwards.
Guests are required particular attention and care to the removal of manure and to allow the afternoon and evening rest of the other guests of the village.

Check-in and check-out times:
ARRIVAL: from 16:00 to 19:30.
DEPARTURE: from 9:00 to 10:00.
In case of late check-in contact the property.
In case of early departure, any extras must be paid the night before.
What is included:
Your stay includes: a set of towels and bed linen weekly, per person, equipped kitchen, consumption and final cleaning, excluding cleaning of the kitchenette.
Daily cleaning is not covered but possible upon reservation with a supplement.
Final cleaning of Euro 50.00 is NOT included for stays longer than or equal to 6 nights (to be paid on site).
Tourist taxes:
Tourist taxes from April to October are payable on site at a rate of € 1.20 pp. per night max 5 nights (children under 12 are exempt).
Pool:
Our swimming pool is open from June to September from 9:00 to 19:00 with a cap required (based on the turnout possible booking system for restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic)
